Showmax/Vodacom promotion is false advertising as it is not working

I signed up for showmax and chose the method of payment to add the showmax subscription to my vodacom account which had a good deal. However, when I activated the showmax subscription to Vodacom, I couldn't watch any of the videos saying that I should upgrade/restart my subscription, which I did but takes me to the same page where I chose the method of payment to add to my Vodacom account. If I activate again, it says there's already a showmax subscription on my Vodacom number, but if I deactivate, it says there's no current showmax subscription on my Vodacom number. I logged an incident with Showmax on 11 Jan 2019 with incident number: 190 ********** 41, but no resolution has been found.
