Showmax WORST APP and useless customer service and

I've been trying to link my smart TV and haven't been able to. Contacted showmax customer service and twitter account and have received zero response in almost 48 hours. Why should we pay our hard earned cash for such a mediocre service. When this premium expires I'm not renewing it. Showmax can stay useless for all I care. I won't pay for something I can't enjoy and I'm so disappointed. Definitely moving to Prime vidro
