Showmax wont work on my smart TV
I would like to lodge a complaint.
Firstly how ridiculous is it that I am unable to pick up a phone and call for support from someone at showmax? I think thats utterly ludicrous.
But secondly and most importantly, i bought a smart TV just so that I can watch conveniently on my smart TV and not on a laptop. only to be told that showmax wont work on my JVC tv.
Why is this the case and how can I fix it? I cant return my tv because i have already bought it and opened it and everything.
Please can i get some assistance in this regard.

Really sorry for the delay in response.
We do not have a dedicated call centre number, but always happy to call where needed. We offer support via various channels, namely, email (***), webchat which can be initiated via our website and our Social Media Channels.
The JVC TV is regrettably not a supported device as yet. We currently offer support for Samsung, LG and selected Hisense TV's. We may look to add this in future, but no confirmed times on this.
