Showmax!!! What a joke

If therecwas a minus 100 star they probably would get it. Although I have a DSTV explora and showmax is free i cannot connect. Due to coronavirus Ive decided maybe if i subscribe again and PAY for it maybe i will get it.. Still no joy. The live chat is non existing and 14 days free trial period has just passed. I HAVE JUST PAID the first month subscription and guess what?.. No showmax.. No help.. No support.. What a joke!!.. The live chat is a single one.. Me talking to myself!!?
