Showmax Vodacom Promo nightmare

I have a subscription through Vodacom (the promo) but now instead of being added to my monthly bill, my subscription is no longer active after 3 months. I phoned Vodacom and in their side they said everything is fine, I should cintact Showmax. I have been trying to do so for 2 days through the live chat, but no kne answers or they answer much later. There is no way of knowing if someone is available to assist or nr what I am in the que. So can someone please tell me whats going on?
