SHOWMAX very pooir service from SHARON

On 27 May i subcriped to SHowmax and two payments went off my account - I spoke to Sharon and she told me that due to my mistake Showmax cant reverse the payment or allocate the two payments for two months subcription!!! What the hell so i am just to pay twice for one month. i even tried to cancel which she obviously was able to assist with but not with allocating my second payment towards the month of July!!!!!! This is ridiculous.
