Showmax untruthful in free access for Premium DSTV Subscribers

Closest thing to a ****!!! They advertise that you can access Sowmax for free if you have a DSTV premium account... I have two DSTV premium accounts. Have registered for Showmax. When I tried watching a movie got message that my account is free and restricted!!!!
