showmax unable to assist with resetting of password

Im so annoyed write now with showmax, i cannot log in for 2 days, the live chat is not working, its not giving me space to type a message to respond to the agent after trying with 3 different devices. Sent an email to them and they keep asking me the same question but not getting any assistance.

I did the forgot password step yesterday and today so many times and didnt receive an email back to reset the password, the emails are responded by different agents who dont even have the decency to read the history emails to see what i have done already and still have not received the reset email even now.

They have been asking me the same qustions over and over again such as checking my account status or whether its paid or not or whether its active which i have already answered yesterday. While i keep telling them the issue at hand is im not receiving a reset password email.

showmax do better man, its either you want us to give us service or not. Get your act together.
