SHOWMAX *****ULENTLY DEDUCTING MONEY

Deducted money from my creditcard without my authorization and REFUSED to give me a refund. I tried to link the showmax to my dstv account and as i was looking at the options (not having chosen one yet)i received notification from my banking app that money was deducted by showmax. When i queried this, the answer was merely that they cannot refund me.
