Showmax transactions when not a customer!

Absolutely useless, there is no way to communicate with them besides Facebook messenger, my account was cancelled May 2025 yet they are still debiting my account, the only way to stop this is buy purchasing a new bank card on my own account, i was advised that my bank must cancel they payment as i deleted my account without removing my card information, my bank told me they are unable to do this, most other streaming companies do not debit you when you cancel your subscription, however Showmax is making money of people that are no longer customers, not to mention there is not much to watch on their streaming site as everything on there is old and not updated.
