Showmax Terrible service over and over again

I am so tired of going down the same road over and over again with showmax!!!! I have been a subscriber to DSTV - Premium for the past 20 years and yet I am still having trouble with only showmax!! I have sent you the information you require so many times already in the past. Is showmax really this ***********? For months I have been battling to view showmax on my TV, then the last few weeks it was working perfectly, so why now showmax has been blocked from my viewing with a message saying I need to re-subscribe at cost R 70.00 per month when I'm already paying for it??? Seems like I really need Hellopeter's help here again! This is the last time I am going through all this bull**** with showmax, if showmax doesn't come right on my TV they can fly to hell and back for all I care.
