Showmax taking money without access

Showmax kept taking money out my account every single month, while I still had an account with them, but I could not access the account to watch Showmax for more than 4 months. I spoke to an agent on their chat option more than 5 times. I then cancelled my account completely, but they are still taking money out of my account. They also now state that I do not have an account with them, which is correct, but they still take the monthly fee every single month. Clearly they can't sort this out and they keep taking my money
