SHOWMAX TAKES MONEY BUT WONT REFUND

I have been debited for 12 months with zero viewing, because I use my DSTV decoder daily it shows as active. what a bunch of ******, they cant refund my money or give me a subscription to offset the R1287 they took from me. there is no call centre that you can speak to a person, they hide behind live chat so they don't have to hear how they have taken hard earned money from people. Rather use NETFLIX as they are honest and you can talk to people when you have a problem. DO NOT USE SHOWMAX,,,,,,,
