SHOWMAX system is BAD , can't identify devices properly

When is Showmax going to fix the problems they have with Device Registration ? Every time I log in on my Laptop, they register a new device ! Now I have reached their "Device Removal Limit" and cannot view Showmax anymore. The WWW is saturated with people complaining about this exact same problem, and despite this going on for years now, Showmax still has not resolved it. They should at least get rid of the "Device Removal Limit" until such time they contract proper IT Engineers to fix their Software in terms of Identification of devices.

I would advise people to stay away from Showmax as these issues have been going on for years and nothing has been done to fix it.
