Showmax Support staff are ***********

I have a problem with Showmax where I cannot view 80% of my regular shows. This happened immediately after I switched from card payment and linked my account to my Dad's DSTV account. Went online to chat with Showmax Support and was connected to Lehlohonolo. This person showed not to have a clue what they were talking about, went as far as telling me that the shows that I have been actively watching are NOT available on Showmax (that I'm lying or I imagined watching them). When I questioned her knowledge and asked to be transfered to someone else, she refused. I asked for a superior person, that too was refused. At one time, I was left unattended for some time until I texted asking if they were ignoring me with the hope that I would go away. At the end, my problem is not solved
