Showmax subscription cancelled still deducting subscriptions.

<p>On October 2016 i cancelled my subscription. Last night January 2017 another subscription payment went thru. You send me a mail confirming my subscription is paused, then you still deduct money. I have send numerous mails to ********** but to date no one even responded to it. This is extremely poor service and terrible client support. Please refund my money and stop the payments.</p>
