Showmax *****s your Money and refuses to refund you

Every time I leave South Africa and go to Canada I join showmax to watch my South African programmes. The last time I joined was 13th January 2018 and I was able to watch in Canada. I joined again last week 25th March 2021 and when I arrived in Canada on 31st March 2021 and I wanted to watch I got an error message saying showmax is not available in Canada? I contacted showmax and they confirmed it’s not available in Canada so I asked for a refund and they refused!! I haven’t used showmax once but can’t get my money back from them!! They are quick to take my money but when they can’t offer me the service they refuse to refund me. They are the biggest ****** around don’t do any business with them. They ***** your money and you get nothing in return!! I’ve paid for something and can’t use it and can’t get my money back either. We need a competition company to give us bette service and availability all round the world!!
