Showmax special ****

Always one to enjoy a discount I took advantage of the Showmax special offer in April and it worked out ok so when the offer came round again in June I paid my subscription and expected to continue my viewing.What a let down....I paid my subscription on 19th June and despite several emails , live chats with the worst customer care people in the world...I am still locked out of my account. They haven't traced my payment .I have sent my receipt from them . My card details and date of payment but it cannot be traced.Is this a ****??? Almost 6 weeks later and no joy from Showmax . Come to think of it ..it must definitely be a ****...all customers be warned
