Showmax SMS service down and they use popi as an excuse.

It seems as if their SMS service is down, for more than 3 days now. Don't get an verification code. Contact to support centre and ask them if they know their sms service is down? There request my personal information to access my account (apparently according to popi) and the more I explain that my question about their awareness of their sms service being down, the more they fall back to popi.

So I am still without my showmax service at the end of the holiday. :-(
