SHOWMAX shows its true colours!

What a disappointment; and after I had expected so much from this organisation. I subscribed for a while and when I wanted to end my subscription before getting debited; the unsubscribe option doesnt work. Now they wont refund me even though they had to unsubscribe me themselves since this feature was not working on Chrome (I the customer am paying for an error in their system...wow!). I will never trust this company again and would advise anyone else thinking of trying it out not to.
