Showmax should be shownothing

Just that you know I am writing this review after several attempts to address the issue through support. I continiously have downloads that download without sound or as if it is a broken dvd. I have reported and then always get a std response of clearing cache files restarting phone and finally reinstall app. I have done they have said and yet the same series the same episode continues to downloaf without sound. I have complained about my data being waisted with not even an appology. I am not on uncapped so ja. I would not recommend anyone to use this app. I even reported the app on google play store and again just got a std response saying they hope support will be able to help me. Really.

Guys think twice before paging for this.
