Showmax service

Hi I contacted Showmax via email. I received feedback from the 1st email advising my query is resolved, yet no one contacted me I am still unable to watch Showmax on my TV. I sent another email, and no feedback has been received. My error says Showmax doesn't allow mirroring, I have been battling ever since I downloaded the new app. I am considering cancelling my subscription if this issue is not resolved, I am watching Showmax on my phone which is working but that is not what I am paying for, I need it fixed so that I am able to view it from my TV.
