showmax ******** me

I have been debited by showmax for the past two months with R99.00 for an account I have no idea off and when I called them I was told by Njabulo Gwala he can not help me on his side and when I asked for a team leader he told me they managers are not available and the name of the manager is Nosipho Phewa. Now showmax is debiting my account for no reason is (******** me). I knew multichoice is not doing well but I never thod they will **** people to keep afloat.
