This business does not care about protecting its consumers. I had opened an account, no comfirmation check or link to follow you just register and add your card and that was that. No account was opened so dit it again. After a while I realized that they were debiting my account twice. I checked only to find out that my email was registered twice.. once with an error.. my mistake but again flaws in their registration process. Of course I take responsibility for not checking my account but this could have been avoided if the following was done: 1 - as a responsible online business, have a confirmation of account in place tha will allow the user to confirm before you debit. 2 - check and inform customers of eronious accounts before debiting. 3 - maybe ask a customer why they have multiple debits from the same card.. esp, if they have not used all of the profiles on the innitial account. Be wary and check your statements.. learn from my mistake. Hope you enjoyed your scruples Showmax cause I have unsubscribed and many more will too.. 313 reviews on HP and not even one reply so you make the decision, if a business does not even have the gaul to admit their part in a glaringly flawed system.. why register and use their platform..
