Showmax ********

When I upgraded my dstv they informed me that it came with showmax but I informed them that I do not want showmax but for months DSTV show max has been debiting R99 from my bank account. I have tried many times to get them to cancel it and was informed that it was indeed canceled but only for them to debit again for something I have never used. Your contact centers are the worst.
