Showmax ****med me

Don't fall for showmax, it's a ****. I subscribed on the 24th of May 2020 and I was billed R49, on the 1st June I got billed the very same amount again. I contacted showmax for almost a month to resolve this but that did no help. I had proof for the billing but showmax did not want to refund my airtime while the statement indicated that the payment went through, funny enough I also received an sms as confirmation from showmax that I was billed billed on both dates.
