Showmax Samsung smart tv error

Hi,

I have an error that pops up on my Samsung smart tv. That says there’s an erro with my showmax app. When I click the okay button - the app closes and I need to relaunch it from scratch.

I don’t see any showmax contact center number and the help website is not helpful at all.

Please can you assist if you have had this error before.

Really sorry that you are experiencing this.

Have you tried checking for an update on the app as well as a firmware update on the TV itself?

Should you not get any joy, please private message us your contact number as well as your email address used when logging in to your Showmax account.
