Showmax refund me

Showmax keep on double deducting the amount I just spoke to someone called memory and he told me to wait while he is trying to out about my query only for him to tell me only about August only leaving June and July I asked him to check thoroughly only for him to come back to me and telling me about July again leaving June out. Please help to get my money back.
