Showmax pro works sometimes....

I use showmax for 1 reason to watch the EPL, I pay for the R349 package so that I can enjoy the game on my smart TV. But I'm extremely livid now because 3 out of ten times I'm trying to watch the game I can't because all stream is just not possible not news nothing it just loads. You try I get it resolved and they get back to you 5 days later when services are working again. I'm so over it if I had another option I'd use that but there isn't so I just have to keep getting shafted. I've logged another ticket and Friday they with email me and ask me to do a speed test. Your requirements are 4mb/s I've got uncapped 50mb/s fiber and it working just fine thank you. Fix your platform or leave it.
