Showmax Pro Beware!

So I upgraded my showmax plan to Showmax pro because I wanted access to the sport channels. Only to find out thereafter, once I saw that the sport section was not available and spending time researching this that showmax only has a handful of TVs that their pro version works on.

I then immediately cancelled my subscription and requested a refund to which I was told no as I had requested the upgrade.

How does it make sense to pay R449 for access when I can't actually watch any of the shows that I had upgraded to watch.

Before you upgrade be sure your device is one of the handful of devices that they actually allow.

I will NEVER use this service again. This one upgrade is the same price as 3 months of my Netflix subscription and I can't even watch what I want on my TV.
