Showmax Pro and Account Access

Trying to get assistance, no is able to assist me. Payed for Showmax Pro - cannot watch on my 2017 LG Smart Sj800v tv. Only works on my iPhone. Cannot login into my Showmax account on the internet. Trying to get a refund. The support is just non-existent!
