I paid for my subscription and when I go back into the app it says please prescribe. I made contact via live chat and it was said I have an account last with them in July which is impossible because I watch and used it daily in November. I then emailed support team again with the reference number ***2. No help, all they did was ask my banking info used to pay. But to me this day no help no sports to watch Niks🗑️
