Showmax poor show

I have been a DSTV premium subscriber for more than 20 years and have enjoyed Showmax, which is part of the package until recently. Somehow it was removed and getting back on the package has been a royal pain! I don’t understand how something that is standard has now to be so difficult to include in the package.
