Showmax poor service

I have received the poorest service from Showmax. I bought a voucher from PicknPay and when I tried to redeem it failed to access the code. Six days, 14 consultants through live chat and 3 e-mails later with customer service, having sent all the necessary documents, the voucher and the PicknPay till slip, my problem could is still not resolved. I still cannot redeem my voucher. PicknPay sends me back to Showmax, Showmax sends me back to PicknPay. Eventually, Showmax (Kgaugelo ) on live chat told me there is nothing they can do. PicknPay in Rosebank tells me it is unable to refund me. I don't know what my recourse is now. Seeing the complaints on hellopeter regarding Showmax, I regret my purchase.
