Showmax poor customer service and terrible service provider

Showmax does not play on my new Samsung smart TV. Can’t phone anyone - had to use the online chat (only option). Operator (Lucky) unable to help. Long and arduous process and unable to watch Showmax for several weeks! It is a travesty for South Africa - these guys don’t care.
