Showmax poor Account management

The account management is terrible, I received a voucher from Sanlam , the 3 month past however I am still being debited . Why ? I do not know . I have tried to cancel but I can not cancel as I am not a member according to their website. This is very unprofessional and irresponsible to take money that does not belong to you nor a service I did not receive or utilise.
