showmax- pathetic service

i have been receiving the error "screen mirroring is not allowed on showmax" i contacted the so called customer service, who keeps on asking me to send screenshots of an error, the more i explain you cant send a screenshot from a tv but i send them a picture the more they ask the shame thing. we pay for a service that we cant use that dont make sense and they dont give you a number to call them, pathetic
