Showmax or Showmin

Have an error on my telkom lit TV box AND1005 the live chat keeps talking about my DSTV now app which i dont even have and my settings and they cant seem to sort out my problem,all my other apps like netflix are working but not showmax and this has been an issue for the last 2 weeks after and update please sort it out
