ShowMax not working! No help from ShowMax

I have recently joined up with ShowMax. Payed and all. I was able to watch plenty movies until I was prompted to upgrade the app... Since then I get an error has occurred related to your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists to contact you guys. I can play movies on my laptop but not on my LG SMART TV when upgrading the app. I can get to view everything on the internet on my LG SMART TV except ShowMax. So the problem does lie with ShowMax. It's been almost 5 days without being able to view. I have emailed so many times but nothing gets done. Please help!
