Showmax Not sending me the EPL Activation Link

I am an existing DSTV user. I am an existing Showmax user.

I activated the EPL Option on Friday 32rd August. EPL was not activated. Phoned Multi Choice, they disconnected and reconnected the EPL Option 3 times.

They could not help me after the third attempt. They referred me to Showmax. Showmax disconnected and reconnected it 3 times.

I explained this to them, but you have to let them do their processes. We concluded I am not receiving the activation link. Their is no block on my email addresses. The link is simply not coming through. They "escalate".

I contact Showmax and they tell me to contact live chat. To find I go on live chat they want to disconnect and reconnect again.

Its become comical how useless this company is.

Only fools repeat the same things over and over, expecting to obtain different outcomes.

These fools are heading the same as Multi Choice. Straight to failure. I am giving Showmax 1 more week then I am cancelling the EPL option and just registering for something like Sky Sports.
