Showmax not providing what they advertise

Showmax / DSTV Supersport advertise live streaming of rugby. This unfortunately not being the case as i subscribed to Shomax Pro, in order live stream South African Rugby, but to my dismay i was told by an online representative that this channel was not available. Is this then not false advertising. Taking my money for services not available? I wonder if any response will be forthcoming?
