Showmax not playing correctly on Samsung Smart TV App.

I have reached out to Showmax to understand why their Samsung Smart TV app only shows content in SD? Even though it's set to HD! It's not my internet connection, so don't even go there. All my other VOD apps (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc.) work fine. So is this a known issue? Is it being looked into or do you just not care??!! How do you expect us to support local, with this kind of sloppy apps?
