Showmax non-existent service.

I am a Dstv Premium subscriber and have been trying to access Showmax but their system wants me to pay. I prefer paying cash monthly as I do not want debit orders after several bad experiences. All their agents tell me I am using wrong details yet I have sent them screen grabs showing that I am using the correct details. I am thinking of canceling my subscription to a cheaper package. That may be the only way I can access Showmax.
