Showmax negligence?

Today I have noticed that Showmax deducts 2 subscriptions per month, for the past 3 months, from my credit card. The consultant at Showmax indicated that my card is linked to a certain Jacinto e-mail. How that happens, they do not know. Shouldn't there be more secure measures to prevent something like this to happen? What about the loss of my money, due to their actions?
