Showmax Multichoice billing is off

I cancelled showmax subscription last month but they still go debit me on 1 May 2021. I removed my bank details from the app also. Emailed them to cancel and received feedback it was cancelled successfully. Sent them an email but no response received about my refund. I want my money refunded ASAP!
