Showmax, live streaming, continually freezing, absolute sub standard.

Ever since we have been using Showmax we are so frustrated because when we are watching a series on a smart TV you get to about 15 or 20 mins from the end and it freezes, It doesn't matter what you do but you cannot get the show to continue. Our modem and download speeds are way above the requirements as stated and all other live streaming works perfectly without a glitch excepting Showmax. We have seen numerous similar complaints on HelloPeter about this sub standard streaming and Showmax does nothing about it. How can so many South African subscribers all have the same complaint, come on Showmax get your act together and do something for your customers and stop trying to pass the buck. Thankfully I am on the DSTV premium package so do not have to pay for this sub standard service, I would definitely not recommend Showmax to anyone thinking of subscribing to this nonsense.
