The Worst Service. From deducting my account twice a month to their useless live chat with people who take 2 hours to respond then expect you to reply within a minute! What the heck! Why is it called live in the first place? They expect us to sit and wait for 2 hours for a response? Now I have a payment error message while I’m on a DSTV premium package.
