Showmax is *****ing people's money and doesn't want to pay it back

I used Showmax for 14 days and deactivated it the day they took money from my account on the 22nd of December and in January again and then I asked them to pay me R198 back and they said that someone else used my bank details to activate Showmax but that I don't believe so they said that I must wait for 7 to 14 days for my money to be put in my account and that didn't happen so I'll never recommend Showmax to anyone.
