Showmax is messing me around.

Hello Peter. Im writing this review at my witsend. Ive been a subscriber tp showmax eversince last year. In november my payment bounced because of insufficient funds. I did not give aithorisation for their dediction in november. And yet they double deducted and upgraded my subscrition from R49-R99 . Without my consent. This deduction was done witjout my authorisatiion.

I lodged a complaint with the callcentre. Ive got screengrabs of all the correspondence with them. An email was sent to me. I.can.provide a copy of. Whereby i was told that they have restored me back tp.the subscription i was on before. And a refund of my fifty rands would be done to me witjin fifftenn working days. That was on november its now the thirteenth of february. And theres no sign of my fifty rands any where.

I.have copies of all my correspondence witj them whereby im being sent from pillar to post. And still no refund.

Please Peter help. I just want my money back.
