Showmax is hopeless

I have been trying for a week to take out a Showmax subscription. As soon as I try to pay the “circle of death” appears. I contacted their customer helpline- what a joke!! No help whatsoever. The problem is definitely not on my side and they appear clueless except to say there is always a problem trying to pay with a card. Then I’m told to buy a voucher and pay with that! While I’m trying that their system logs me out! A few wasted hours that I will never get back. Sorry Showmax you just lost 3 potential customers.
